She is recognized for building high-performing sales teams through mentorship, structured training programs, and a leadership style rooted in positivity, accountability, and collaboration. Her strategic yet hands-on approach bridges corporate objectives with field execution, collaborating seamlessly with design, construction, and finance teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
